About Us
Mana Property Trust is a New Zealand organisation dedicated to developing quality, affordable housing that supports stronger communities and long-term wellbeing. Guided by the values of whanaungatanga (connection and relationships), manaakitanga (care and respect for others), and kaitiakitanga (responsible guardianship), we aim to create housing that contributes positively to both people and place.
Our focus is on delivering well-designed homes that provide stability, dignity, and opportunity for the people who live in them. By working alongside communities, local organisations, and partners, we strive to build developments that reflect the needs and aspirations of the areas they serve.
Through projects such as our development in Maraenui, Napier, Mana Property Trust is committed to supporting whānau, strengthening neighbourhoods, and helping communities thrive for generations to come.

Our Story
Mana Property Trust, founded by Gemma Weston and Beau Weston, is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to creating quality housing solutions within the Hawke’s Bay region. While still in the early stages of development, the Trust is guided by a strong determination to deliver homes that not only meet the highest standards but also support the wellbeing and stability of the communities they serve.
Beyond Hawke’s Bay, Mana Property Trust manages a growing portfolio of properties within the Whānau network across New Zealand, reflecting a commitment to providing sustainable, accessible housing on a wider scale. The Trust combines thoughtful planning, community-focused values, and a long-term vision to make a meaningful impact in the housing sector, ensuring that every development contributes to stronger, healthier communities.
